Uniquefit Customs Return Policy

Here is all the information you require for returning your Item. Please carefully read all of the Return Information.

We do NOT accept returns of custom made to order items via our store. All of our made-to-order unless stated. Which means your customs are made as soon as you make the purchase, in the size you choose.

We will only issue a refund if the item/s are damaged via an error from us. Other than that, we're unable to issue refunds for purchased goods.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Please leave your name, Reference number, And a note inside the return parcel with clear instructions of what actions you wish to be carried out.

We can offer:
Refund. However we can not offer refunds on made to order and sale items.

We Can NOT offer:
Exchange for another item of the same value once your order is confirmed.
Exchange for another size of the same item once your order is confirmed.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
